A lot of times traders might get a, what they call like a red day. And I've seen traders do this before where they have a red day and that red day has been pretty much the size of one of their bigger days. And then they just sort of like crawl into a hole and freak out a little bit because they did like a one to one. Gaining, you know, 500 bucks feels way less enjoyable than losing 500 bucks. That bias is so apparent in traders. It's prospect theory in behavioral finance. The learning happens from making mistakes, learning new trades, experimenting,. pushing your sides, pushing your comfort zone.
