Land is extremely hard to create. In fact, we'r losin land a ner, a click, of millions of acres every few years. And historically, when you look at different decades than farmland delivered returns, most of them above inflation. The market here doesn't really move. Its the same as the global capital market. So it's not truly an acid class just yet,. It still needs much more interms of the financial linkages.
