What Happened to Arceli Lewagen?
A third caller called 911 to say that they had received a call from a friend who was claiming to be raped and murdered. Usually, a call to 911 is made by the person in need of help or by a witness. The way this call came in added a confusing layer for Williamson and his partner to work through. At this point, all they knew for certain was that a woman named Arceli Lewagen was missing and her friends believed she was in desperate need of help.
