The Past Isn't There

The past is just, is like a waterfall. It's all falling off into nothing. So it's gone. And you know that the future, you could just say the future isn't written. Like it's not happening yet. Or you can't really control it. And the past is gone. But when you have a ceremony like that or a therapeutic experience like that, it blows up the balloon and it's all you are. You're buried in the sand at the beach of that idea. The relief of it where you go, it's just now,. It's just now and it's everything is now.
