How I Managed the Change Process at Clayton South

When you first started at Clayton's South, what was currently happening? Well, there was no explicit teaching. There was no instructional model. There were no planners and a lot of sitting at desks. We made quite a big shift in that first year. My motto was everything I'm doing is for the kids.
