Do You Have a Spark of Joy?
i've had to let go of some relationships and friendships where perhaps we weren't true friends. An is not really healthy to have a relationship that way, i would say. But you don't really want to spend all your time on people who drain your energy. So there's one thing you could simplify. And maybe finally, another phrase i love to live by is 'spark' spark means like to cause a reaction, like the spark of fire to spark joy. It brings up joy, happy ness inside me.
