Timothy Stanley: I've got to know rob polinka over the last year, so that's been great. And i interviewed him on my podcast just ecause it's so fresh. But as i listened to his interview was that struck me is his humility. He had incredible ability. It has to be humility to go a head a head with labron james or you have to sometimes in negotiations and things like that. In many ways, i wonder, if you're insecure, you think, while humility is going to make me weaker, actually it makes you stronger.
