Dutch Sheets - Is the Church a Judgmental Body?

Many believers have a very strong view that, in the light of the new covenant, mercy triumph over judgment. In my view, that argument loses sight of hebrews 13 eight and revelation 19 11. So i don't think those verses apply this notion that we are a judgmental body, a legislative body. We do not have the authority to set up our own court systems, our own legislative body, create a counter government. And it certainly wouldn't be based on matthew 16. I'm just not buying it. Don't buy it for a second. It's bogus reasoning. But anyway, i just don't know why this is not clear in the minds of people"
