The Bayley of the social model of disability is that everything that has to do with disability is society's responsibility. Under this view, it's no longer to be understood that some people have disabilities that impair their opportunities and maybe we should do something about it. They're not disabled until society disables them by not arranging itself such that their disabilities are completely irrelevant.
