Hegel's Method Is Essentially Marx's Method

Hegel's first principle of method was that the world must be understood in terms of process rather than in terms of things. The next principle of his method is to distinguish between appearance and essence. Only a thinker looking for such negations can understand a process scientifically, he says. To have true scientific knowledge according to Hegel, you have to get below the level of appearances like acorns and oaks.
