The Importance of Society in a Plant Based Diet

The number one mistake that people make when adopting a plant based diet is that they don't consume enough of the calorie dense plant foods. So for example, lettuce by mass is 95% water. The other 5% is the fiber and the nutrients. A banana is about 75% water. You're going to be increasing the volume of fiber that's going into your stomach through this dietary approach. And it takes a little bit of nuance in the process of transitioning to eat larger volumes of food so you have your stomach handle it.
