ELISA - Can They Find a Ness in the Haystack?

The detection is as good as.19 ppm, so very, very low. Some of the lateral flow assays say that the detection limit is 20 ppm. Even at that level, it is very sensitive and really could find it if it's there. So they're both different extraction strategies that must be used with caution.
