Are We Losing Confidence in the Supreme Court?
The supreme court doesn't have its own army to enforce what it says is the rule of law. What happens if and when people say, listen, i don't need to listen to the supreme court. They're a joke? Then what happens to whole fabric and structure of our legal system? Why do we care about that? Because we want to have an ordered society.
