The garden hose with an attachment that's a plastic thumb so you don't actually have to get your real thumb wet to see. The one I'm thinking of is the Garden Hose With A Plastic Thumb which was made out of silicone and it went viral in less than 24 hours. He says he doesn't put too much thought into his inventions because then they're not going to be as successful if there are too many complex layers on them. "You just sort of just like let the stupidity of stupidity of it speak for itself rather than having to explain it"
