The Effects of Adductors on Muscle Growth

When I was very flared at the rib cage, anytime I do back squats or anything like that, I just my adductors would be like absolutely thrashed the next day. And I had quite hypertrophy adductors, but they're also just weak as hell. Like I just sort of clinging on and being a ripped apart whenever I was moving off trying to produce force. So when they can get it just a bit more generally, I can retract their rib cage a little bit. It just puts their adductors at a bit more useful of a length tension relationship. They also don't get us beat up from just being like constantly on stretch.
