Our experiences are essentially defined by how they feel, you know? So again, take a pain, and currently feeling a particular pain that is just a feeling. And when i attend to it, i know how it feels. I'm grasping the essential characteristic of pain. What it is to be pain, it's to feel like that. Ok? Any time i feel the way, i'm in pain.
