Driving resources toward litigation given the state of play right now is the most effective deployment of resources yeah I would agree with that and there's tools like within that so impact litigation. An amicus is more reactive and an opportunity for a party that's not involved in the case to have their voice heard. There are some other tools like foya you know could be a useful tool for us and anybody but you any US citizen could send a foyer request to any government agency asking for any type of record, he says.
