The Long Term Trend in Liquidity and Turnover

In the US from 2016 to 2022, the rate at which assets were changing hands had increased by about 23%. But in Europe, over the same time period, that measure had decreased by around 25%. So a really clear divergence there between both regions. And if you take into account the fact that US turnover has fallen a lot recently, when you compare it with 2013, it's still increased by 25%.
