The Balance Between Self Awareness and Complacency
We should have a level of self awareness, particularly the athletes. We need to know where our weak points are. That with like the beating myself up and drilling in aa an image of myself that might not be true. Any strength taken to an extreme can become a weakness. So i think it's important to know not only which one that you need, but when toisere.
