Do You Help Out Married Women?

I have a question sort of about the term midwife and wives. Like, is it always, do you only help out married women? That is, I love that question. And we are becoming a little more progressive these days, but the term is of course, it's an older term than the actual practice that we do. You can be a single woman as a matter of fact. Why do you look so small? I don't know. People want to throw up in it. Many magical beasts do not have wedding rites as we know it as sentient bipedal humanoids.
