The Warren Court, This Term, May Turn a Blind Eye to the Constitutional Rights of the People
This term, the court has taken a whole bunch of cases where the argument that's being made to them is reject prior precedent. The Warren court did create a lot of new law, but it was seeking to expand rights for people and protection for the disadvantaged. I think one of the key roles of a court is that they can protect people who can't get protected through the political process.
