Narcissism and belief that astrology was scientifically supported were the two strongest predictors of belief in astrology. The authors speculate that astrology may select for grandiose individual differences and also reinforce them. Women were more likely than men to believe in astrology, but it's a relatively young sample overall so I don't know exactly what that means.
