How Does the Book 47 Work?
With Book 47, you've got what are now four versions of this particular spec. You kind of have to understand where this thing has come from in order to understand where it's going. There is a bit of privacy leakage there and what the spec advises or suggests at least is that that change output should be coin joined. Now that implies that a wallet needs to have access to some kind of collaborative transaction tool.
