What Do You Do When You Get a Bad Review?
A cleaning scheduled, it was missed. So the guests checked in, it wasn't done. We moved them into another unit. After two days, go back into that other unit. They're right beside each other. You're making us move back and forth. That's unreasonable. And then we're like, you knowit, like, we, we understand yeu havd to move. But what i didn't realize is that they can still leave a review after that. Ohs even if their stays cancelled and everything like that, they could still leave, again, all one star reviews. This doesn't accurately reflect what saying, how great it was and whatever in our conversation.
