The Columbia Heights Water Treatment Plant
The Columbia Heights plant uses membrane technology so it's ultra filtration membrane plants. The filter pore size of a Columbia Heights is 0.03 microns. So that effectively removes any type of bacteria. There are some viruses that are tiny and tricky and can sneak through but that's why we chlorinate the water as well.
