How to Get Customer Feedback on a Product?

One of the things that you mention want to come back to is getting feedback from your users, either directly or indirectly. Obviously, customer feedback is very core to grinning at a better experience at public. Maybe you can talk a little bit about your proach to getting feedback on your product from your community.
