As companies get bigger, like you're unable to find enough highly skilled specialized people that can do that. You need guardrails and guidelines and hard and fast rules, even if the rules don't really make sense. And we tried. I mean, we part of our interview process was like there isn't a part of the interview that was like asking you to talk to a user and not propose some cockamamie technology thing. So we tried really hard to hire people like that.
