How Did You Become a Film Writer?

You're one of the few people on the planet who has both an MBA and an MFA. How did that happen? There was no formal pipeline at all with this hodgepodge, but oddly it kind of worked out. I got lucky pretty fast. You know, I got an agent like within a few years. And eventually I left my job in video games to pursue the blog full time which led to the books.
