The Different Types of Real Estate Licenses
There's a handful, maybe a dozen or so, maybe half a dozen. I don't remember somewhere there on the East Coast, somebody we were working with to add that. So basically what they do in a lot of these different places is if you're going to facilitate a transaction at all, you have to have some kind of license. And probably along with that as like an ethics, usually they, all these professional licensing, whether that's engineering, real estate license, they just want you to have some ethics, examine some standard to hold you to.
