Is There a Difference Between Daytime and Nighttime?

If you're someone who your job requires to get up and it's still dark, and you get to work, and it's indoor lighting and everything, at some point, even if they're short, even if you did bursts of that, i've got a lot of people to do that, and that just helps. There is some literature on intermittent light exposure having an effect just like cumulative, continuous light exposure. So anything you can do to get that outdoor light count too. And windows count too. An earlier dinner, we already kind of spoke a little bit about this, but trying to have at least, i could usually give people the guyde line of three or so hours.
