I think the days of coaches that hold dictatorial mind sit if I say jump and you say how high or whatever that's done right are over. If you're a coach player interaction, you have to show consistency and build trust by saying what you do and doing what you say,. And if you can do that then you know they keep building. The sales theme I hear sales a lot come up and recruiting, and especially people say you have to sell yourself as a coach is something Billy's not so good at either.
