Being alone and having some solitary time can really help you to get a handle on your fears, what is going on your anxiety level. We don't need to collect people throughout our whole lives. And maybe there are even people there that you may consider toxic or not good for you. It doesn't mean anything other than, this person is no longer holding the same space in my life that they did at one time. Again, a great time to pull out the journal and reflect. Where was i last year at this time? Was that worry time worth it?
