I woke up well before anybody else like a little bit before dawn and I walked down to this creek that was on the property we were staying on. As the sun came up I got in the very cold mountain you know this was like May or whatever but May had a pretty significant elevation in the Cascades so I got into the very cold water and I came up from you. It's one of the most significant if not the most significant experiential predictor of who stays in movements long-term and who doesn't is having the experience of sustained blockade.
