The Incentives of Centrism

I feel like the incentives of each of these communities is to be captured by people who hold the most extreme version of those ideas. And I don't know, maybe I'm a traitor of whatever groups by just saying the idea that it might not be the wisest thing to always push things to the max. The debates have been raging for a while and they're not new. Yeah, thousands of years old. That's why they're so interesting. But there are newer generation coming in who have lived their lives in kind of a bubble of memes. They haven't even had that minimal exposure to reality that millennials have had or Gen X or, you know, boomers even more so
