Elijah's Cloak: A Symbol of Prophetic Authority

God passed by Elijah with the sound of a, of a low whisper. What does he do? He cast his cloak on him. This is not an anointing, but it's the closest equivalent we have to this. Verse 20 says when this happens, that he left the oxen and he ran after Elijah. And he said, let me kiss my father and my mother. And then I will follow you.
