Ula thran was a mother of three from burke's falls, Michigan. She and her ex-boyfriend Mark jones had been friends when they were younger. In the year leading up to her death, she'd become increasingly fearful of him because his attempts to pord her had become increasingly aggressive and threatening. Six months before ula was killed, she had gone to police, and she told them that mark jones had sexually assaulted her. So how was this case, this murderer, investigated?
