The Effects of Salt on the Taste of Fish

We ate a lot of those fish. We didn't eat the fish we were rendering for the oil because there were some issues with some of the experimentation, things that lasted well beyond the initial experimentation. So yeah, we successfully dried and stored the fish and ate the fish. It's just it didn't taste very good to have any salt. Interesting how that would have been back then. Maybe it was just normal. Like that's how food tasted. You know, that's how just how it was.
