Discernment Is a Good Idea or Not?

Patrick lanconi has a book coming ou n he's got a pat cassona called the working genius model. He callsn't working geniuses for a team or an organization to succeed. His theory is that there's six competencies you need to have, including Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing and Tenacity. And i don't think there's really anybody that all six of those as what they call their working genius. I onleas see if i can remember.
