Warren Buffett is a repeat offender here. Years ago, he famously declared that his secretary paid more in taxes than he did. He gained much of his income from capital gains and capital gains are taxed at a lower rate than wage income. And here we have Buffett again saying at Berkshire Hathaway's annual shareholder meeting recently that business taxes don't get passed on to consumers nonsense. Can you believe that?
