Some entities like you twue respond to copyright infringement notices by immediately taking down the infringing material. Sometimes this happens automatically, and the content owner has to flip a virtual switch to allow the other video to go back up on line. So if you create a video series in which you critique films or television or some other form of media, you could run into the issue of having your work taken down. Even if you're following the rules, you could get that video restored if it meets fair use criteria but it takes a lot of effort.
