Tofu - The Winner of the Season, Make This the Winner of the Season
Tofu has never really been integrated in Indian food. People will make egg borgi, but with tofu, they'll make a tofu borgi. I think that South Asians really like tofu and every time I go back to India, I see it more and more. In here in America, it's like a secret weapon of daisy moms trying to like serve their kids sog paneer and trick them into thinking they're eating paneer. It's white. It's the same thing. Priya: For me, I just don't think it is a tomato dish. This is not happening.
