How do you start to assess him, evaluate him and make a plan for him? So first i mean to do cam i see you and and rascore and determine if he's dles or not. Hat even with his sedation off, with everything that he's been through, he's probably like rass minus two, ras minus three, maybe grass minus one. But he's probably still pretty lethargic, sleepy, not comprehending everything really well. And so now what I mean to do is try to start waking him up.
