How to Scare a Black Bear
"I heard rustling and I heard like, you know, breathing. Like not even breathing like sniffling like something like snuffling around on the ground," he says. "It's got to be a bear. Nothing else would be making this much noise." He takes two halves of his best kit and bangs them together in an attempt to scare it off. It doesn't work. The dog runs for its life but is eventually coaxed away by another camp-goer.
