Cooking Books - How Reflective Are They of the Big Cook Book Market?
The number of cook books as actually decreased this year. The kind of strange thing about this is that sales haven't really declined at all. Right now, healthy eating and beagan vegetarian is selling more than general cookery books. But people have during the pandemic, as they say, in the business shopped chart, been more apt to go for the big names that are already on the best seller lists.
