The Disintermediation of Banking

When the credit markets were frozen, a company was loaning to a prime section of borrowers. And we believe that even in the worst economic cycle there was a pocket of these prime borrowers that could be loaned to. So this is a little bit of luck, right? A lot of luck. We saw them in Q1 of 09. And again, we just thought the timing for this kind of opportunity was perfect.
