How Do You Manage Your Time in a Software Company?
The only people who really work on individual contributing to multiple projects at a time are people who are maintaining other projects. The maintenance mode projects is probably and when those bugs spiral, that's when people kind of go, hey, you know, I've been context switching a lot this week. That's when we see people having a harder time juggling a few projects. There's people who have different skills that you just need to draw on.
