How to Sell a House in a Dalinworth Area
In the dalinworth area we're looking at, most homes are about a hundred dollars a square foot. The properties i have on the spread sheet are priced anywhere in 30 to 50 dollars asquare foot. So i y be paying forty to 60 dollars a squarefoot for the home. We'll get all counters. We'll talk to the agents, we'll get some verbal counters. And then the ones that actually want to play ball, probably ten percent or 20 % of the homes will be the ones that we're actually going to negotiate and go in and see and do the real work in the real comps.
