The harm moments that you refer to them as is that important point in that process where teachers are recognizing the differences in their student achievement or engagement. And it's those moments that lead to teachers implementing those nictuses for a longer term. You're really going to maximize the chances that teachers go away and actually have a go if they walk away from that workshop with something, something tangible that they can actually use to implement practices that very next day. So yeah, everything that we do is kind of trying to reduce work load for teachers and things like that so that they can support the practices.
