In part two of The Man in the Hat we speak to the site owner, administrator, and researcher for The Hatman Project in hopes of getting some answers about what has been terrorizing brothers, Lucas and Austen.
The man behind the project is Timothy Brown Jr., and it turns out that he not only saw this thing himself but that the experience affected him so much that it inspired him to become a pastor. Since his own encounter, he has been documenting people from around the world who have come into contact with the Hat Man.
