The time horizon for private equity change is right whyle some of our conversations have beinand that the three to five year horistics is being disabused. When you're trying to create an integrated helsystom with multiple business lines, that's hurrd and may not produce r oi as easily. Likely hat what we're seeing right now is a lot of either trading between p e firm so that we have similar minded investors pick up that investment. And maybe that makes value base care more possible than before. But i think it's defly thing's happening right there.
